At your request, we’ll complete a plugin audit to weed out any unnecessary and underperforming plugins. We’ll also recommend any plugin options that will better serve your site.

Security Scanning and Cleanups

We always want to make sure there isn’t anything malicious lurking in your site. To safeguard your site against malware, we continuously perform full security scans and remove any malware we find.
Reliable Cloud Backups

We have your back – and your backup. Our reliable off-site cloud storage continuously maintains 90 days of archived backups for quick website recovery, limiting downtime when things go south.
Software Updates

We keep your site running at its optimum level by installing software updates to core files, themes and plugins as soon as they’re released. And if an update breaks your site? No problem. We’ll roll it back and get it fixed.

30-Minute Fixes

In life, and in websites, things rarely fix themselves. That is why we provide free 30-Minute Fixes. We routinely fix sites that have stumped the competition – and we do it faster than anyone else.
60-Minute Fixes

Sometimes, you just need a little more. 60-Minute Fixes are included in our Pro-Bundle plan. Anything that takes us 60 minutes or less is included for $249/mo.
